jackian

A comically random, unexplainable, or weird person, place, thing, event, etc. Typically used as an adjective. Can also be used as a one word response to someone. The term jackian is interchangeable with the terms jacklandish, jacklandian, etc. which are all less commonly used.

Person 1: Hey dude, did you see that lady dressed up as a pigeon twerking while 4 rabbits ate scraps of Ugandan cabbage at her feet??
Person 2: Yeah that shit was jackian as fuck.

Person 1: You should come with me to get my oil changed and then we can go to the mall.
Person 2: Jackian. I don’t want to do all of that shit man, I’m stoned as hell.

Jacking it in San Diego

The act of publicly masturbating while on a street corner in San Diego, usually after having led a social justice campaign, and gone nuts from the pressure. The term was coined by South Park which satirized the founder of Invisible Children, Jason Russell, for engaging in the aforementioned act, which pretty much destroyed any momentum his movment, Kony 2012, had left.

Kyle: "Well when you're naked and jacking it in San Diego, don't say I didn't warn you."

Stan: "What?!"...
