This stands for junior puffers, or those who like to smoke pot but know nothing about the experience or the crowd that it attracts. Its also quick and easy to say in public. Also, It is more often used by junior puffers themselves.

1)The kids who throw up are the real live j p's.

2)Those jp's seem to be having a good time but also don't act very enlightened nor do they respect the herb.

Stands for "Jiggly Pig Slut", typically a teenage caucasian female who is slightly overweight, sporting tight, revealing clothing that squeezes out the fat from the top of her jeans.

Jacked Up Private Shi* or (J.U.P.S) is the act of doing something so incredibly immature, idiotic, impulsive, irrational and unprofessional that it would make the offender seem as though they were a Junior Enlisted Military member who lacked discipline to an unfathomable degree.

Synonyms include: ate up and soup sandwich.

J.U.P.S. Example: 18 year old, PVT Snuffy proceeded to sneak off base after curfew, to get a tattoo of his wifes' stage name "Cinnamon" on his forehead, 48 hours after meeting her. Snuffy's NCO's became aware of this tattoo when PVT Snuffy arrived 35 minutes late for PT, in civilian clothes, by car, completely drunk.
