Prefex for a number of rare terms pertaining to the penis , most of which were coined by J.E. Schmidt ( Lecher's Lexicon 1967).

- ithyalgia , a painful erection.

- ithyphallalgia , a painful erection of the phallus .

- ithyfacient , causing the erection of the penis .

- ithygenic , causing the erection of the penis.

Or as used in common conversation "dude, I'm feeling like Ithy today", "Jesus, Ive got a proper Ithy-on today fella!"
