A northern European-Germanic word that is meant to insult those who do not understand the real meaning behind said word by not understanding portmanteau and its intention to simply insult someone based on their actions. Thus becoming a word with many meanings, leaving it up for interpretation depending on who says it, how they say it and in what form of context.
