Usually performed at a party or social gathering, and there are two participants.
Two shots are poured, containing some form of hard liquor.
(It is optional to count down from 3 before the shot is taken.)
After the shot is swallowed, the two participants proceed to french kiss, in other terms "Hook Up" hence the name of the game.

the Hook Shot is a very difficult procedure! For example when one drops his or her "apparatus" 100 iv inslin syringe on the ground and the tip bends but does not break, Leaving the end of the needle hooked.
Damn homeboy, do you have a new outfit? Yesterday I dropped my BRAND NEW ONE and Iv'e been having to do hook shot's all day!!!! Wow you have: It takes a skilled pro to pull that off!!
