A highboy is when you take a dump in a urinal, but a PHILADELPHIA Highboy is when you take a runny dump in a urinal after eating cheesesteaks and beer.

A fenderless hotrod most generally constructed from a 1932 Ford. The body sits on top of the frame rails in the stock position as opposed to being channeled. It can be any body style such as a roadster, 3-window coupe, 5-window coupe, B400, cabrolet, phaeton (tub) pickup or roadster pickup.

32 hiboy's are very popular amoung hotrod/streetrod crowd.
