When the patrolmen searched the gangbangers they found .45 caliber Glocks, which is really packing hardware.

L Your Hardware Vendor

When your new computer blue screens TekFail and it tells you to "Call your hardware vendor" but the limp-ass video card only displays the letter "L" of "Call."
Joe says angrily: My server just blue-screened after I attached the new RAID array! Co-Worker replies: Hey Joe, you're gonna have to L Your Hardware Vendor and rip him one!

Ace Hardware

When a person has reached such a level of douchebaggery that they have surpassed tool, toolbag, and toolshed, they become an Ace Hardware.
Man, Frank used to be a toolbag, but now he's a freakin Ace Hardware.

Real hardware snob

Arrogant, spoiled (mostly upper middle class) retro gamers (aka HOARDERS) who think that everyone in the world has enough physical space to have a bunch of gaming consoles and 8 and 16 bit microcomputers in their house. These people are completely opposed to emulation (save for MAME), yet they are too dumb and arrogant to realize that not everyone can AFFORD (nor have enough room in their homes) to own a bunch of real hardware. Especially with the way the prices are today for actual physical hardware.
Jim: I'm going to download that new ZX Spectrum game and play it on my PC
Tim: Emulation...bah...I own like 12 Spectrums
Jim: Yeah, you're a spoiled rich douche, and can afford it. You are such a real hardware snob.
