an idea, something said or written, or behaviour that is silly or stupid: can also be used to define somethng off-putting, disgusting or strange. Basially something foreign to the environement around the speaker. Usually a noun but can also be an adjective.

This here fellar is talking total fralo! Take a gander at him!

That movie was a complete fralo, I have no idea what the director was even thinking about.
