Speed Fluctuator  

A person who continuously changes the speed at which they drive regardless of the speed limit.
An example of a speed fluctuator would be someone driving on a 55 mph highway fluctuating their speed between 50 and 60 mph. This very annoying behavior makes it impossible for the poor person stuck behind them to use their cruise control.

Fluctuweight 

When a person's weight seems to shift drastically every time you see them.
Sam: Hey did you watch Oprah today? Damn she's a fucking cow this week.

Paul: Yeah, she fluctuweights like air mattress with a leak in it.

Fluctuating Connotative Stress 

Fluctuating Connotative Stress refers to the phenomenon of changing the stressed word to change the meaning of a sentence.

"She" doesn’t like him - that specific woman doesn’t like him

She "doesn’t" like him - to confirm she is not interested in him

She doesn’t "like" him - implying that she feels a different emotion towards him

She doesn’t like "him" - indicating she likes someone else
