Combination of flippant and shoddy. Lacking quality. Communication done in a weak manner without thought of consequence. Manifesting an attidude of indifference toward one's impact on others. Often observed in interpersonal communication. Additionally may be used pertaining to the creation of solutions or objects.

flip show 

The channel/television show you flip to when the one you want to watch is on a commercial break. You've probably seen the flip show before or you enjoy the show but don't necessarily care what happens.

Person 1: "Ah, come on. You're watching this?"
Person 2: "No no no, this is just my flip show."
