A commonly used name to describe the City of Federal Way, Washington. Routine gunfire and stabbings occur on almost a nightly basis, which is nothing to say of armed robberies, burglaries, and stolen cars. The epicenter for criminal activity used to be Pacific Highway. Contrary to empirical evidence related to the introduction of these criminal hot spots, the City's mayor still believes that the crime wave in the City is being imported in from Tacoma.
