A serious crime that either is caused by someone's falling, or causes someone else to fall down.
A "fellony" can also refer to someone's illegally/unethically cutting/breaking down (i.e., "felling") a tree or other vertical object. Ordinarily, a classic example of this act might be the famous (or infamous!) tale about the tomahawk-wielding young George Washington, but it turns out that this narrative was just a myth (well, I must admit that I HAD always kinda wondered how "da great G.W." could have done all the awful things he was known for --- such as wrongfully jailing farmers, and keeping and disgracefully mistreating slaves --- if he was such an "honest" and "truthful" soul as a child!)) perpetrated by an overzealous newspaper-journalist, so I guess we would need to look elsewhere for a true and valid example... maybe the funny Echo-brand chain-saw ad, where the super-excited dude was so eager to try out his new Echo chain saw that he mindlessly cut down a neighbor's tree, and then when said neighbor confronted him about it ("That's **my tree** that you just cut down!"), the imperturbable miscreant sunnily replies, "Oh, no problem --- glad to do it for ya!"

Felony Way

A commonly used name to describe the City of Federal Way, Washington. Routine gunfire and stabbings occur on almost a nightly basis, which is nothing to say of armed robberies, burglaries, and stolen cars. The epicenter for criminal activity used to be Pacific Highway. While Pacific Highway is still dangerous, the Park 16, subsidized housing project, and others currently being constructed are now ground zero for lawless behavior. Contrary to empirical evidence related to the introduction of these criminal hot spots, the City's mayor still believes that the crime wave in the City is being imported in from Tacoma.
Wish me luck baby. I gotta deliver a pizza to some outlaw at the Park 16 apartment complex in Felony Way. Bullets always be flyin in Felony Way!

felony shoes

Common term for athletic shoes, so called because of their obvious popularity with busy criminals needing a low cost means of escape. Nothing destroys the credibility of a "Cop Show" on TV faster than having the fat, middle aged, dress-shoe wearing white hero run down a twenty year-old black dude in tennis shoes. Channel clicker, do your stuff....
Passing pedestrian:"My, that looks like O.J. creeping down that alley in black pants, jacket, watch-cap and felony shoes. Nah, couldn't be....

Diarrhea Felony

A diarrhea felony is when you have diarrhea into an empty ice cube tray, freeze it, and throw the resulting diarrhea cubes at people on the street.
Man, David got busted for three years after committing that diarrhea felony on Tuesday.

Felony Hole

A hole or opening located on the floor of a vehicle where items (like drugs or illegal paraphernalia) can be thrown from the vehicle without being detected as easily. Looks like trash being driven over, not illegal items flying from your window.
Person 1: Dude, that car I bought had a felony hole on the passenger side.
Person 2: Well, we can toss out anything illegal if the police pull us over. It'll be like we drove over some random road trash.
