Eternity Code

A code based on an entirely new, made up language. The language is usually known by a single person (the one who made it up). A code of this sort would theoretically take an eternity to crack, thus giving it it's name.
There is no single Eternity Code; anyone could make up their own, though it would take a lot of time because a whole new language would have to be thought out.
Read Artemis Fowl: The Eternity Code by Eoin Colfer, as I don't have my own example.

Frozen Eternity

a very unknown melodic death metal band. but they sound really good, if they would be just a bit more known, they would have so many fans. oh, and the have a myspace page too. more info from there:

Frozen Eternity is widely known for their melodic, yet powerful sound. They combine the heavy grinding force of death metal, exceedingly colorful keyboard melodies and biting vocals to create a very illustrious sound.

FE formed back in mid 2005 by two teens, Cody Davis (Vocals/Guitar) and Josh Dummer (Guitar). After a few months of recording, they released a full length album, "Forgotten Past," in 2006. After much success of the album through Myspace and other music related sites, the two founders decided it was time to gather a full line-up of members. That was when Chris Jones (Drums) Paul Jones (Bass) Cody Dale (Keyboards) were all added to the list. They began playing many shows across their home state of Colorado in 2007 and have also recorded and released another CD entitled "Dreams Turned to Ashes."
guy1: omg frozen eternity is so fucking good!

guy2: who the fuck is frozen eternity?

the dance of eternity

Another amazing entry by the progressive band Dream Theater. Truly inmpressive, this song captures some of the best riffs of the instuments used (guitar, bass, drums and keyboards). Progressive rock haters would probably get a headache from this song but you have to admire the talent that is poured out into this amazing 6 minute song. The ragtime keyboard solo is also very fullfilling!
The Dance of Eternity rocks!

I like rocks...

Measurable Eternity

A known period of time that isn't really that long but still seems to take forever.

Examples:

The last day of school before summer vacation begins.

The last 10 minutes of work before a 3 day weekend.

Waiting through all the ads and trailers before the movie you went to see starts.

Any business meeting.
Our weekly staff meeting at work was another measurable eternity. With every minute that passed I could feel whole geological epochs passing.

West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead. The term never found favour with readers of 'the inkies' (Sounds, Melody Maker and the still extant NME) and was soon dropped. Now often used in predominantly working-class areas of the midlands and the north to mean someone who listens to rock-derived music and/or dresses in a manner that suggests they affiliate themselves with rock music of some kind.

The Poppies are at no. 17? God, a grebo band in the charts!
