1: What the Vtuber Inugami Korone refers to Mumbo Tokens as in Her playthrough of Banjo-Kazooie due to the sound it makes when Banjo and Kazooie reach it. It's stylised in some animations by the youtuber 2manysnacks as a blue skull with yellow eyes, However, in the game it is a silver skull.

Eekam Bokum
A nonsensical chant from Banjo Kazooie often associated with the character Mumbo Jumbo. It is heard when one picks up a Mumbo Token in the first game. In the second game, when Mumbo Tokens are no longer used, it is heard in the background music in Mayahem Temple and also when mumbo uses magic. We know how to spell it from the sides of the Mumbo Pads in the second game. Also rhymes with the teacher surname, Yochim.

Boffin
British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
