A Brewsky (beer) Offered to one who is taking a dump. Usually offered through an awkward closed door conversation.

Person 1: "hey man, are you taking a shit?"
Person 2: "Yeah..."
Person 1: "May I kindly offer you a dumpsky?"
Person 2: "F*ck yeah."
