1. An expression to refer to those Americans who live unexciting or unexotic existences. Typically used by truckers, construction workers, or others whose livelihoods aren't geographically dictated.

2. Boring middle class white people who live in suburbs.

Sam: All they do is bitch about their commute.
Bob: Of course. They're duffers. That's what they do. That's their biggest problem.

Duffers 

Those pedo things online that try to make the distinction between children and teens. That is the Duffer.

Duffers might say want to netflix and stalk teens rather than netflix and chill.

This term was created as Duffers write stories involving other peoples actual childhoods. Not just oh I like that style from the 70s. Duffers stalk teens in Texas and try to make money from them without contracts. And make up excuses between child and teen pedophiles creating excuses and enabling pedophilia and try to align themselves where children go for entertainment.

Woah Duffer that is someone else's childhood Duffer, are you not able to tell the difference... That is a teenager, not a child.
Duffers would make up some excuse to continue being a pedophile. You have encountered them online, we all have.

Duffers' Syndrome 

A slang term for the very serious medical condition duphershypertrophy whereby the sufferer acquires over time excessive fatty tissues to the nasal region, giving the patient the not unpleasant features of a gnomish looking fellow; rosy cheeks from the strain of holding one's nose up all day, at times somewhat gormless facial expressions (which can be attributed to the drag-factor but more often can lead an innocent bystander unaware of the condition to conclude that the sufferer is possibly some sort of simpleton) and of course the ever-expanding, bulbous nose which grows and grows like in that fable about the enormous turnip...

Prognosis: Not good; rhinoplasty recommended.

Tweedle Duffer

Someone who goes into the jungle gets bitten by a tick or denge bug and catches a 5 day fever AKA jungle fever

I held on to the antibiotics incase I met sombody who would be such a tweedle duffer as to run though the jungle with no bug spray on.

Duffered 

When you go to get a cup of coffee and it is the bottom of the pot, then you have to make a new pot and wait for it to be brewed.

Watch this, that pot of coffee is almost out, that guy is going to get Duffered. "Fuck man, I just need a cup of coffee, now I have to make a damn pot, you guys suck!"
