The perfect cocktail of depressant stimulant stabilizer and sleep deprivation which induces a state of delirium that borders on a psychotic break from reality. Basically getting so completely and totally fucked up that you don’t know your ass from a hole in the ground. A state which is near impossible to reach except by people who have a legendary tolerance for all drugs and a lifetime of hardcore habitual use that they are spoken about in hushed tones in dark back alleys and are almost mythological existences.
