The act of promising to attend something with your friends, and then the day before the event come up with some sort of implausable excuse to get out of it.

Person 1: "Wheres John today, he said he'd come along with us...?"

Person 2: "He's going to see his uncle today.... looks like he decided to pull a dooley on us."

A cup, usually a travel coffee cup, used to conceal alcoholic beverages while in a situation in which it is unacceptable to drink alcohol. (such as classes or driving etc.)

My english comp class is a bitch, I had to bring my dooley cup so I could get ill.
