The word/term means to have feelings/love for a person. The term largely used on IRC to symbolise love and affection for one and another. This term is also used amongst other chat communities.

The opposite of a dizzy dreamer, the dizzy dizmo is dizzy because they can't stop thinking about themselves, the popular girls and guys at your school are the dizmos, like girls that say "Totally" or "Tots" to frequently, they are classified as dizmos, or the dizos as abbreviation. Can also be used to describe someone you may dislike.
Those stupid dizzy dizmos are way to caught up in themselves.
