bull-dickin' around: a slang term to describe lazy actions, fooling around, or unnecessaryhorse play, normally used by a coach, or manager or a foreman to yell at their players (or workers) to get going, get working, stop messing around and get to work. Normally the term is used in practice or unpublished situations where slang and profanity are more normally accepted and practiced.
