Refers to the penis, but used to add flavor to stories shared with one's friends. Sometimes refers exclusivly the shaft, not including the head.

I slammed her with my dick staff.

An extremely large, hard, and rough penis. Has much of the same feel as a wooden staff.

Girl: I once dated a wonderful guy but I had to break up with him because of his Staff Dick.
