Da "touched in da head" status dat da famous "Inverter Bill" must have had if he actually thought dat his "altered water" substance would be so commercially successful as da car radio, 8-track tape-cartridge, battery-charger, AC-to-DC power supply, and some of his other better-known inventions.
Truly believing dat you could use anything other than plain water for powering a steam-engine bus would probably just be pure delearium!

(Okay, okay, nerd inventors --- I merely said "probably", because it certainly IS true dat we actually do NOT know what miracle substances dat may exist out there which might indeed work better than water for producing boiler-pressure!)

shit delirium

Sudden severe confusion that occurs in one's brain when someone has to shit very badly and access to a bathroom feels unattainable. Someone with shit delirium may do unexplainable things.
George had to shit like there was no tomorrow. He was up to his eyeballs in shit. He displayed shit delirium when he inexplicably tried to unlock an unrelated lock that went nowhere when the bathroom was only a few steps away.

academic delirium

The excited, confused, inappropraite state of mind a medical student reaches during finals time. It is a syndrome of acute onset characterized by uncontrollable gchating, youtubing, facebooking, google+ing, sneaking food in the library, as well as an exponential increase in the amount of breaks to "make peepees", due to caffeine overdosing. The syndrome can be aggravated by accelerated medical school programs of the caribbean nature. In this case, those affected, rather than actively working on a tan, are working on a DVT directly correlated to sitting on a desk for 22 hours straight. Complete resolution and healing is expected within 7-10 days post examination. Recovery is accelerated by alcohol, sleeping, stuffing one's face with food, and avoiding all direct and indirect contact with studyproducts and the such. Condition is highly infectious.

The more calorific, the greater the height of delirium; for example a creamy chocolate pudding can induce extreme hysterical behaviour with a complete loss of their surroundings, hell-bent on ingesting as much food as possible.

Surf Dracula Syndrome

A phenomenon in film/television series, most notably streaming series, where the main premise is drawn out to such a point that it takes an entire season or more to get the parts of the series the audience is actually interested in seeing.

For example, if a series is titled "Surf Dracula," a majority of viewers would tune in expecting to see Dracula surfing by the first or second episode. However, the entire first season would instead be tedious padding and backstory before finally ending with Dracula surfing in the last five minutes of the season finale.
I watched "Smallville" on Netflix the other day. Dude, it was ten seasons of filler before he finally flew! Major Surf Dracula Syndrome!
