The explosion at deepwater horizon oil field, which holds the record for deepest offshore well drilled, the largest marine oil spill it created & the deep shit in which many marine & terrestrial organisms, the residents of many beach towns, employees of Transocean & BP & BP plc itself landed into.
Folks over at BP were exploring the horizons of how deep they can land in deepshit trying to save some money. The deepshit horizon oil rig exploded as a result of some shitjob that landed them & many more in deepshit!

Deepshite, is when you're in really bad, possibly terminal trouble in the wild bush in Africa, and you've become a target for predators, like lions, hyenas, crocodiles.
