Cruising grounds are public places where people meet for anonymous sex. The act of driving a vehicle while drinking any sort of alcohol. Beer is the main accepted form of drinkage for such a trip. A booze cruise can be a trip to the woods with no authority and hitting the trails to just driving down a highway with a little beer.
