When you cut apart an android charger and strip the red and black wires to be able to hit a cart or charge a disposable vape by matching the red and black wires to the positive and negative ends of the battery you tore out of the vape, being careful not to break any of the wires inside of the vape. Mainly done by high schoolers who aren’t old enough to buy on their own, and who also tend to be broke as fuck.
