a drama that happens when people get scared or flustered when they don’t know what to do about a patient who has positive contact with a covid 19 patient. Usually this drama stems out of fear and lack of knowledge regarding the diagnosis and guidelines to follow about COVID-19.

They behave such as comprador and act as agents for foreign organizations engaged in trading, only for insignificant and negligible frippery (economic rent)
The covidamin is a coinage (portmanteau) consist of two morphemes of covid and admin (administrator)

Our boss neglects health instructions of Ministry of Health and Medical Education, the colleagues call him "covidamin!"
