Smart Contract

Smart Contracts are a tangible expression of the term 'Code is Law'. By coding prerequisite conditions into an algorithmic contract, one can essentially create a self-executing contract, eliminating the need for a middleman and automating the process of trust.

It is a common feature of blockchain and cryptocurrency protocols.
I tried to scam a customer for his money before the GPS logistics system verified delivery of the goods, but the pesky smart contract prevented me from touching their funds!

contra mundum

Literally translated from Latin, it means "against the world". It has been used to describe maverick, 'lone-ranger' individuals who lack interest in culture and relative comparisons made by people that the individual deems 'ignorant' (which doesn't make them wrong, necessarily).
The character Tyler Durden from the movie Fight Club is 'contra mundum'.

contrabassoon

Harbinger of doom and destruction. This instrument has the lowest range of any woodwind, along with the contrabass clarinet, and has a sound powerful enough to turn straight men gay, gay men straight, republicans into democrats and atheists into priests. Do not EVER take your girlfriend to an orchestra performance where there is a contrabassoonist, because he will steal your bitch before the end of the symphony's first movement.

contransmagnificandjewbangtantiality

A word invented by James Joyce and used in his Ulysses. The word may be broken into parts to better understand its meaning:

con-trans-magnific-and-jew-bang-tantiality

The "-tantiality" is just a suffix for "con-" and "trans-". The "con-" refers to consubstantiation, the belief in Catholic theology that the father, the son and the holy spirit are all of the same substance but each presents in a different form. The "-trans-" refers to transubstantiation, the belief in Catholic theology that during communion the bread and wine literally become the body and blood of christ; the mundane is transformed into the divine. These two first parts of the word indicate that the word has to do with the intersection between the divine (god) and the mundane (humanity), or christ. The "magnific" refers to the magnificent, the divine. The "-and-" simply refers to the word "and" and the "-jew-" refers to a Jew, specifically Mary. The "-bang-" is where things get tricky and we see a bit of Joyce's (slightly blasphemous) humour: in one sense, "-bang-" refers to a collision between the divine and Mary (christ). It also refers to sex; Mary is impregnated by the divine and out of this tryst christ is born. Joyce intentionally juxtaposes sexuality and the virgin because he both believes that all human activities are beautiful and deserve to be represented in literature and because, in order for christ to have a human mother and a divine father, he must have blood from both.

Contradicting Contradiction

A reoccurring happening of two simultaneous events with the premise that both events are polar oppossites to one another, where the result of the matter is physically a stalemate but morally, one side prevails glaringly over the other.
Life is a mixture of Contradicting Contradictions, a mixture of Hope and Despair.
