When you are so cocained that you cant event think about what you are even trying to think about, and have to assess your thoughts before your mouth even contemplates exhaling them.
"Conflusticated" when your asking Trig to phone for more and he stares at the screen of the phone for 5 minutes then decides to text message them as he knows his words/thoughts wont actually come out.

or when your trying to have a "flat out" conversation with a person/persons and their responce is just a look of shere confusion and quietness.
