Something you say to a girl who thinks she's too hot to associate with people unless they're rich or famous and acts either cold or like a bitch to everyone else. Usually, she has no other skills or qualities to fall back on once she gets old and fat.

1) You ask a girl on a date and she asks what kind of car you drive.

Your response..."Clock's ticking bitch!"

2) You try to say hello to a hot girl as she approaches the line to a club, but she passes you and the rest of the line to the front to try to seduce the door-man.

Your response..."Clock's ticking bitch!"

3) You buy a girl a drink, which she accepts, and then she tells you she has a boyfriend and walks away.

Flavor Flav's Clock 

What time is it? Really

At one point Chuck D was wearing stop watches around his neck which was popular at that time. At one point someone brought in some large clocks and Flavor was told he should try to dress like Chuck D. So Flavor Flav put the large clock around his neck, so folks would really know what time it is.

So now Flavor Flav's clock is a tradition which makes us think. What time is it, really.
