IE:"A person who is lacking so much of skill at a sport of hobby they have moved past the level of the trash/cone label" this is mostly used in the ro-sports community.
An athlete who isn't very good at the sport/hobby he/she is playing. Often the player has the athletic ability of an orange street cone.
The coach wouldn't but Chris in the game because he is a "Cone"
