Chesa’d 

If a city is Chesa’d, it is rotting. It means you have a progressive district attorney who doesn’t actually prosecute crime, especially if done by a nonwhite person. As a result criminals move in while people with jobs and families move out.

It happens all over, for example in Portland, Seattle, etc, but the name comes from the one and only comrade Chesa Boudin of legendary San Francisco.

Chelsa is literally one in a billion a name reserved for the most STUNNING girl you’ll ever encounter!
