Chaucer

1) One of the most prominent figures in the history of English writing, widely regarded as the father of literature.
2) An English student who comes across as a bit of a tosser. Quite simply a pun on "Chaucer" and "tosser".
Guy 1: "Hey, did you read the last part of that sonnet? I was busy last night and didn't have time."
Ostentatious chap II: "My old bean - you foolish fool! I say, my old chap: do you consider your education such a trivial affair? Leave this most prestigious academy before you tarnish its name!"
Guy 3: "Man what a Chaucer."
Guy 4: "What the hell's a 'Chaucer'?"
