A carnesseur is a person who has a great deal of knowledge about fine meats, or an expert judge in matters of taste.

Joel always spoke of his love for steak tartare, he was known as the steakhouses' carnesseur.

Cannasseur 

Cannasseur is a play on the words connoisseur and cannabis.

A cannasseur is one who enjoys the consumption of cannabis, and studies the many varieties and their differing effects.

Carniseur 

A person who understands the difference between cuts of meat. He knows how to cook each one & really enjoys meat.

For the barbecue, I'm going shopping for meat with Rob; he's choosing the meat because he's a Carniseur.

carnessary 

Noun. A word that is mispronounced due to a type-o, division of word(s) on paper, or word that is just read incorrectly.

For insance, a person misreads a word, one would say, "You just did a carnecary!".

Example #1: pronouncing "determined" as "deetermind"

Example #2: pronouncing "organism" as "orgasm" because it's incorrectly spelt as "orgism"

Example #1: Pronouncing "determined" as "deetermind"

Example #3: Reading "applaud" as "apple aud" because "appl" is on one line and "aud" is on the following line
