Butturd 

A turd that is cleverly concealed under the butter in the fridge through having melted the butter onto the turd. A Butturd is usually concocted as a revenge scheme.

Often mixed up with the word Turd Butt, Butt turd is an insult used when you want to call someone a turd but you need something a little longer but not necessarily too much harsher.

Butt Turd has no specific rules and can be used in any context or situation. Although it's usually used in edition to a name rather than instead of. Although it can be used as a name.
