(BUH-D FAY-S) - noun - a person who has inhaled the plant known as cannibus beyond the point of recreational use or to the point at which one is not able to stop hysterical laughing, abnormal appetites, unwaivering sleepiness or any combination of these symptoms.
2. A person who habitually solicits this illicit drug with motives or reasons of which the contraban is being specifically obtained for non-medicinal purposes.
Origin: Budface contains the prefix 'Bud' which is an Hispanic/African-American slang term that refers to the actual blooming buds of the opium filled cannibus plant. The suffix 'face' stems from the latin term "fac" meaning fully engulfed in or identifying the head portion of the body. Therefor when these two terms are brought together they form the noun Budface which has been used to replace the less frequently used terms such as buddhahead or pothead."

Ratfucker
Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
