A group of four film-interested friends who smoke strawberry blunts then go eat pancakes with extra crispy bacon at the local diner, for dinner. Better than The Breakfast Club, The Brinner Club makes time to smoke, then eat breakfast for dinner, all before nine o'clock curfew. Dig it.
Hopefully it will become a feature film in the years to come.
1.
"Who are those trendy assholes who keep eating at The Diner?"
"Why, that's The Brinner Club?"
"What is 'brinner'?"
"...Are you serious right now?..."
2.
"Those teenagers are wearing some cool clothes, but how do they fit into them, after all the fattybreakfast-foods they eat for dinner?"
"They exercise."
"Yeah, right."
"Okay, then what would you call their daily walks to that sketchy alley?"
The term is a portmanteau of breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is a long, leisurely and often unplanned breakfast with friends that eventually turns into lunch and continues through dinner. Although Blinners are uncommon in the United States, they are more widely enjoyed in less workaholic societies.
Blinner's true essence is about community building over a long and lingering meal. However, some have come to use it in a way that represents isolation, scarcity and the fast paced life in the United States where individuals are too busy or unable to afford eating three meals a day and hence are confined to a blinner.
I really enjoyed our blinner lastSaturday and haven't recovered yet from all the eating!
TikTok Farlands is a term to refer to videos that you see after scrolling for a long time. These videos can potentially be disturbing, or weird. Said videos can also have low likes, or low comments.
another term for a station wagon, mini-van, or any other kind of vehicle that is targeted at the "family" demographic(also M.A.V.)
"Tactical advantages aside, the M.A.V. is top of the line for the holy warrior troop transport manufactured by the Church of Latter Day Saints Military Industrial Complex. Also great for family trips...to heathen lands."
12 step recovery jargon referring to someone new who talks about how great life is, now that they're sober. Usually meaning that the person is out of touch with reality.
The new guy seems prettyhappy for a dude who has no job, no money and no family. He must be on a pink cloud.
