Bolthead

A Bolthead is a person who tends to be a bit of a chav, but Bolthead was coined long before chav was in common use.I first heard the term ''Bolthead'' in 1979, in Kingston upon Thames, UK, in these circumstances- i was short of my busfare, and so was my friend, and he said, ''don't worry, put yer best Bolthead voice on, and ask for a child ticket'' we were teens- he said boltheads were rough or ''common'' types, that have little culture, the sort one now sees on programmes such as ''Jeremy Kyle''

Avoid Broadmead on a Saturday, it's full of boltheads and their bolthead kids, clogging up the shops with their buggies strollers.

There is a Match on today, so the streets will be packed with boltheads.

Boofhead 

Australian saying. A boofhead is one who is a little slow, or maybe just does silly things. I'm a boofhead, thats why im writing this, it's silly. Generally good natured. The sort of person who drinks and gets so pissed they decide it's a good idea to shout people you barely know drinks.

Most of my mates are boofheads, that why we get along.

bobohead 

a term of affectionate derision used to gently dope slap a mate, colleague, family member or imperfect stranger (the imperfect stranger use will be a dope slap of some force and typically not gentle) when they stray too far outside of acceptable social convention as determined by the user of said "bobohead" term; not to be used indiscriminately lest the term become overused and in fact, boboheadish.

A bobohead is the kind of person who parks their BMW SUV (you know who you are) car sideways in front of a coffee shop while leaving her two gorgeous, loveable pups in the car to go get that frilly, half-caf, low-fat, double shot, mocha with no whipped cream.
