A widespread Australian term and used in some other parts of the world. It is a negative term referring to those who live on government welfare payments without any good cause. They refuse to find jobs and are known for living in poor socio-economic conditions.

A Doll Bludger is a waste of taxpayers money, they are those individuals who were born with a leisurely personality and sheer laziness.

dole bludger 

A person who has no real interest to work and is happy to live off the hard paying tax payer for survival without feeling guilty. The person has little or no self worth but is happy to go on living in their little routine.

Let us go to the movies next week when my dole payment gets paid.

A doll bludger is someone who can physically work and doesn't have any medical conditions to stop them from working, but don't want to work.
Instead the will go on job seeker (job seeker(not really looking for work) and take 5¢ from every tax payers incomes to support their lazy asses.
