Not a spelling error but a very clever move that many young kids use to assert their dominance. The j in the so called “error” represents outcasts in our society nowadays and really reflects on the society we live in, and how we judge someone or something that looks as though it has a fault when it in fact has a much deeper and meaning behind this happy mistake.

Like-assuming

When someone press the Like button on facebook, and you are going to check who liked someones comment, you assume who the liker is. The liker is usually the statuswriter or the poster of something, if someone gives a positive comment towards them.

Like-assuming:

Person A writes a status on facebook: Oh i just won 100 bucks on betting.

Person B writes on the status : Thats because you are so good at betting.

Then when someone likes Person B's and you dont know who it is, you check it, and right before you drag your mouse over the button, you assume it is Person A who likes it because the comment was ment positive towards that person.

ASSUMING DIRECT CONTROL

An event that occurs when a Collector Drone in the video game Mass Effect 2 is possessed by Harbinger, the main villain of the game. It is one of his constantly repeated one-liners designed to intimidate you and it generally fails in that respect. Can be used to indicate that you have had your mind and body taken over by an alien consciousness.

Billy: Hey Jim, want to go to the cinema?

Jim: No i'm good.

Billy: ASSUMING DIRECT CONTROL.

Jim: Is something the matter?

Billy: YOUR FORM IS FRAGILE. WE WILL DIRECT THIS ONE PERSONALLY. WE ARE THE HARBINGER OF YOUR ASCENSION. I KNOW YOU FEEL THIS. IF I HAVE TO TEAR YOU APART SHEPARD I WILL. YOU HAVE ATTRACTED THE ATTENTION OF THOSE INFINITELY YOUR GREATER.

Jim: No need to be a bitch about it..
