Any kind of drink delivered from someones ass, but preferably a mixed one.

Just insert a rectal speculum, pour in some bourbon, sweet Vermouth and have your "mixer" shake around to infuse some natural bitters, add a cherry for good measure and you've got a Manhattan cocktail, or should I say "asstail"? Now all you need to do is figure out how you're gonna drink it - up or on your rocks?
