When describing someone's height in feet and inches, it means that someone is a certain height plus a fraction of an inch more. Not everyone cares to differentiate height by fractions of an inch so it is not commonly used.

A word used when you wanna get the fuck outta some place that stinks like horseshit or the place is a complete sausage fest. Usually used when the boys are at the bar and the only available chicks are a jofas. The word relates to the hockey term dump and change when you dump the puck in and change up the lines.
