All Women Are Queens refers to a snowclone popular on Tumblr in which two people, usually characters from pop culture, are having a conversation in which one person says a variation of “If she breathes, she a thot,” to which the other responds “All women are queens!” The meme spread alongside the rise of Respect Women memes.
On March 26th, 2017, Facebook page Kit Fisto-core1 uploaded a three-panel image from Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith featuring Anakin and Obi-wan Kenobi giving the dialogue. The post gained over 1,700 likes and reactions and over 2,900 shares.
On March 29th, the image was reposted to Tumblr by user antonnizhny,2 where it gained over 110,000 notes. According to Meme Documentation, the popularity of the post led to its dialogue to begin turning into a snowclone around June of 2017. For example, a post by ezoterist3 from June 4th, 2017 applied the show to Voltron: Legendary Defender characters, gaining over 3,200 notes. A post by pennynotsowise4 using characters from Hemlock Grove gained over 680 notes.
