"___" represents any verb, generally transitive.

"the fuck" is used to replace anything you do not feel like saying due to time constraints or sheer laziness.

___ the fuck:

Man this fence is in the way.
Dude - jump the fuck.

Gee, if only I could connect these two wires...then I would be able to operate my awesome computer.
Dude. Solder the fuck.

A modifier used to intensify a command. Slightly more powerful than "your ass." Appending "bitch" onto the end of the sentence further strengthens the emphasis as well as the condescending power.

From most polite to most offensive/aggressive:
"Please sit down if you would be so kind."
"Sit down, please."
"Sit down."
"Sit your ass down!"
"Sit the fuck down!"
"Sit the fuck down, bitch!"
