A term used in The Dollhouse DLC (2020) of Spooky’s Jumpscare Mansion. “It’s like a moan, but also a woah, you know.” It is very heavily implied that a ghost is the thing making the noise. So it would possibly be like the stereotypical ghost “Wooo~”
