A phrase that is commonly used when something interesting, weird, or unexpected happens in a, most likely, occasion.

People would also use it when they have nothing to say when they hear news or info that is either shocking, weird, unexpected or simply just plain out of the blue.

"Hey, have you heard about that interview last night?"

a statement useful for anti-vaxxers. it was stated by a S.E. Kansas physician (1930's?) related to me by my dead momma

physician prescribed a huge pill for a patient, and the exchange went as follows:
