Prevalent most recently in certain areas of the South, a vend-a-moo is a sort of vending machine that vends gallons of whole, two percent, or skim milk. Each gallon, at present, is $3.00.

When a person goes to a vending machine intending to buy an item and that item is barely hanging on to the barricade that prevents it from falling. The person then buys the item and two items fall from the same row.

Vodka Vend-O-Matic
A large rectangular vending machine than dispenses a vodka drink of choice. In most cases it requires monetary payment. However, if privately owned, vodka drinks are dispensed at the will of the owner. Strategically placed, these machines have been known to improve morale in the workplace, save marriages, encourage spending and make other people appear more attractive.

A sunburn or suntan focused on the left arm. It is caused by the left side of the body being the only half that gets exposed to sunlight while driving. Presumably, it would be located on the right side of the body in countries where they drive on the left side of the road.
