It comes from the Korean word 얼짱 (eoljjang) which means attractive or beautiful . A person who is called ullzang is someone who is good looking and can easily gain popularity on the internet through entering contests where their photos are judged and chosen by voters. This is popular among girls and boys.

ullz is generally used as an emphasis word, meaning it creates extra emphasis on the emotion that is it referring to. ullz is NOT a noun; you can't say "hey go get that ullz." and it is rarely used for a positive or elated emotion.
