Often used to refer to people you always wake up next to, despite vows never to do so again.

Someone who looks super fine from the back, and then is completely ugly when they turn around, or someone that has a hot body but a total train wreck face.

That girl was fine from the back but when she turned around I realized she was just plain ugalicous.
