Typically thought to be an acronym for United States Post Office but also standing for Upset and Seriously Pissed Off, the emotional experience most of us have as we wait in the long, slowly moving lines.

Here I am again at the USPO feeling USPO, a posttraumatic replay of the last time I was here.
