The absolute pinnacle of being cool, stylish, impressive, or cold-hearted. It is the ultimate superlative form of the slang word "tuff." Used to describe an outfit, an edit, a car, a song, or someone's overall aura when it is completely unmatched and hits incredibly hard.

Example:

Person A: "Yo, did you see the fit he wore to the party last night?"
Person B: "Yeah, bro had the tuffest jacket on, the whole room was looking at him."
